I have had the pleasure to work with Aisling during two productions. I cast her in the role of Laura for The Glass Menagerie for the Old Mill Theatre for which she won an award for her touching portrayal. Aisling was hardworking, professional and eager to improve every day. I then cast her in a Fringe play of Macbeth, and she was the breakout star. Aisling has amazing stage presence and an instinctual method of acting. She is a rare find. I would work with her every time if I could. She would be an asset to any production. Susie Conte

“Aisling is a highly committed and dedicated actor. She always engaged in her work with a collaborative attitude and daring willingness to tell stories and tell them well. I would highly recommend her to any industry professional” -Louise Lee Mei, head of Meisner NYFA GC.

Last week I saw a performance of The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams at the Old Mill Theatre, South Perth. I was struck by Aisling McGrogan’s performance and, after the show, told her personally. Aisling played Laura Wingfield with great tenderness, insight, technique and a beautiful vulnerability. She was truthful, subtle and very watchable. I am a NIDA Acting Graduate and continue to teach for NIDA’s Open program in Perth. I often use scenes from The Glass Menagerie for my students, so I know the play well. I really don’t think Aisling could have done anything more to make her role truly believable and very moving. Given the right opportunities, good directors and necessary support, I believe Aisling has a very bright future in the theatre, film and tv industry. Yours sincerely, Richard Mellick.
